I have order powerbank Valuekart site 17 November 2023 I have pay online 17000/- but till date now 14 January 2024 but product not delivered to me they don’t reply my mail they not provide contact details and tracking number only provide reference number I haven’t track my order...

I have ordered product on valuekart @21nov 2022 and the payment, shipment, processing, reached singapore hub and now customs clearance and processing could i get my product? now only i reffered all ur complaints, if anybody received their orders from valuekart please share your experience......
