I have order Vevor commercial ice cream vending machine amounting rupees 103000 which is showing in shipment in transit did not received my order .. what to do where to go where to chat where to file complaint no response from anywhere ..

1. I ordered a refurbished Apple HomePod from this site on Nov 13 2021.
2. I received a shipping confirmation mail from them on Nov 18 2021.
3. Since then the shipping status has not changed and the customer service is not responding to chat, phone or email messages.
