I ordered iphone 12 pro max.. They said it they said it will get dispatched on 24th of December night but still I didn't get the product even if I called the customer care service also they're not responding me properly I paid the initial amount of 10000 and still I couldn't get any response from the site even if I asked them to cancel also they're not responding they're just blindly telling me that the shop is closed offices close blah blah...

I placed my order on 24th of December and they said it will get dispatched by 24th night itself.But still now no response from their side..Even if Cal them also he is not picking up the call..we payed 10, 000 as an initial payment...

Valuekart18.com - I had purchased Omega Seamaster watch on 6 July. But they delivered to me was duplicate/ fake street side watch which is different from model that I purchased. There was no invoice along with the package nor any complete address missing on the package. Tried reaching their customer support Deepak but no response. I have emailed them. No response
