I have bought 4 kurtis from this shop via a online site which popped up in my insta page on March 27, 2022. I have made the payment online of Rs.676 and have received only the order confirmation text message. It did not contain any tracking information or expected delivery date. I contacted to their email address and did not get any response.

This site seems to be a fake one and I want my refund back.

I ordered a dress from the Vastra collection this is website https://womenclub212.myshopify.com/ it is not working now it shows that 'store is unavailable' I placed my order on 14th March 2022 which was 2 sets of dresses and didn't receive any confirmation about the order placed and it didn't have cash on delivery option so I have to make an online payment for which dress site-directed my to the "PayU" site for payment which was Rs.338 and it been a week now I have not received any order yet and even the website is not working nor they gave any contact number. Not even I have received any updates. How can I get my money back and solve this problem?
