Hi,

I recently shifting on the 3rdDec22 from Plot 55 2nd Floor, Above Aarogyam Clinic Sector 82,

I lived there for 13months, due to my work I had to shift.
I was not refunded my money which I paid in the beginning.
It’s really a scam by the Owner Manoj Kumar: And this should be taken care by the Vatika India Group.

Today’s 08th, the owner is not answering either replying...

I am shocked to see how developer like Vatika works in a totally unprofessional way.

I paid second installment of 10% in Feb 2010 and accordingly I was allotted plot no 2 on street 2 in 82 F.

My last e-mail was exchanged with Vatika was on 29th March 2010 in which it was mentioned that " This is to inform you that there is no amount due till date for your booking. The next installment shall be demanded with...
