I checked in the online there mention 30 Day Exchange and Money Back policy: If you are not satisfied with your product, you could write us return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange on the full Invoice value. My service number is[protected]. I paid bill amount of Rs.5766.31 on 12 August 2015 18:01 and the amount was deducted from my bank account. But after few seconds it displayed failure message and the paid amount has not been updated in the website. I'm trying to repay but the service number is not searching in website. Pls resolve and do needful....
