This is Vishnu, for our company 3parcel sent by H R enterprises, in that one parcel is missing LR no-[protected] I asked many times in the VRL office they are not responding properly almost 20days gone, I can't able to run my business currently because of this vrl transport...

I had travelled twice in the bus KA25C9561, the bus operators are very rude towards female passengers. They will not stop for washroom which is very difficult for ladies . I had requested them many times to stop but there was no response. We had to wait for 8 to 9 hours in order to go for washroom. And also the mentioned reaching time and actual reaching time has a gap of 1.5 hours. They mentioned as 7.15 am but reached at 8.30. This is difficult...
