Without any reason my 199 rupees debit...

I would like to inform you that the amount of 179 /- debited from my account for past 5 months it was showing that vsi*amazon.as I am not a prime member in that even I am not related to them anymore.it was not asking about the OTP also.could you please assist me and please find the attached file below...
