As they have said that my Amount will be refunded today 13.08.2022 but not yet received...

On June 30, I cancelled an order on GoMechanic which was paid through walnut369 who asked me to pay first EMI while ordering which I did. But as the order was cancelled and fully refunded by GoMechanic, walnut369 isn’t refunding me my first paid EMI and I’ve been sending emails everyday to which they stopped responding completely....
