I applied for the ownership transfer of my bike and HPT termination thru parivahan. As RTO requested I sent all the required docs which was mentioned in receipt, now from last 45 days ago but RC isn't transfer yet and they mentioned that "all the required docs not received" Can you please help with the same....

Dear sir,
I buy a second hand car from wazirpur delhi and new registration at haryana and pay tax in haryana now I send documents for refund tax, no one accept the document on this address DL-08, Wazirpur, North West Delhi, Delhi - 110052 &[protected] number not in use. I'm not able to take appointment online because system show error plz find attached file .
When I apply for appointment show error record not found.
