I Have paid my application fee in full for the D.EL.ED admission but my payment failed and amount deducted in there website and no one is acknowledging they have given 3 contact numbers in there website all are out of order plus no email helpdesk in spite of so many attempts to contact them none of them are in service.Either refund my amount or processed my application.I Even have my transaction id still the payment status is pending.br...
