Description: Ordered 6 clothing items out of which 3 were sent back for exchange. Refund was not availed within the time limit. Exchange items were picked but neither the refund has been initiated nor there has been any further contact that has been maintained. Calls have not been picked up. Mails have gone unanswered for days....
