I have ordered multy pocket pants payment done 1499.00 to Sher Singh on 23.11.2022. number of times I tried to contact on mail given on generated receipt but there were no reply. Is this a scam or what because same ad I have seen with different name on insta and fb. I ordered on insta after reading review of customers. Please look into it...

I ordered a product from wrbdf.online('Car Jack') on 7th December 2022 and the product is not delivered and I have already paid Rs. 1, 595 to them.
I even contacted them about the product, but they did not respond.
Order No.: MJ[protected].
I have all the details regarding the payment made(bank reference number, etc.).
Please help me how to get my money back!...
