Shipping problem

Today 5th January
But product not shipping
I have order oppo F19 pro plus 5g from xonight e commerce on 29th December but the item is not packed yet nor dispatched yet . And I have just now seen many complaints against this seller. Please look into this matter and I need my product faster.
Pls help help 🙏...
