Xtracover looting hard money

I am the victim of XTRACOVER looting my hard money. I received mobile with pattern lock and almost dead battery. I am continuously calling XTRACOVER team from more than 60 days on this issue and not getting any help. They always say one thing to wait for 48 hours. Please don't waste your hard money on any XTRACOVER product.
