leakage & overflow of drainage water

Sir,

From past one month, the drainage water is overflowing on road in front of the residences near ganganamma temple, 2nd street, gunadal which is spreading bad smell and also causing viral deceases due to the children and also who are living nearby in this area. And this type of problem is occurring repeadely. But till today no proper remedy has been taken by your concerned vmc persons and also not attending to their duties...
