I ordered this earphones but what do you say? I have replaced it as it is going wrong but my money has not come back yet.my account not money replacement.

I ordered product on yaari app they are not dispatching product money taken in advance

Sir, this an online shopping app named 'Yaari' which is selling products at cheap rate and so i ordered some products on 19th December but they havnt dispatched nor cancelled the order and upon raising the issue with their customer support I found that nobody is picking the call and even nobody is responding to the emails.
I fear this company is doing some fraud by firstly selling products at very very cheap rate and delivering to few people then after some time when they make a huge money they disappear.
Please help in figuring out the role of this E-Commerce app 'Yaari' because several people like me are waiting for their order.
My order id is YR-1785756 of rs 339 and YR-1892012 of rs 389 dated 19/12/2021
Please take strict action against these fraud apps/websites

Actually I have Ordered a black bluetooth for my customer to resell . Product Price - ₹99 and Reselling total price - ₹299.
₹200 was mine margin .It was not proceeded till date . I could not contact company even .
