These crazy people have taken the payment but did not give the goods to me...

I have ordered two earpods to be delivered in two different locations and paid the amount. After sometimes I received the msg that says we will notify you when the product us shipped. Later when we are trying to check the shippment it shows that the shop is unavailable. So I kindly request you to refund my account amount of 400....
