This side Raghunath Bej, i place an order on 30 Nov at 10.30PM of 1000/- for gift card voucher on zimpl.in payment through razorpay Gateway (Payment id- pay_KmKCIr15KSWEc9) payment debited from AmazonPay wallet (Order id- P[protected]. But money will be deducted from my Amazon Pay wallet but not get any service from zimpl.in. Also mail to zimpl but not response coming from zimpl.in also...

I have ordered two gift cards worth 1000 each. They are not giving me any code since 1 month. Neither the reply on mail, I want my refund.
