Never ever trust a tour hospitality company like, BYD hospitality pvt. ltd. operating at Surat location (Gujarat). My BYD member id - BYD[protected], Mark my words, "THIS IS GOING TO BE A NEXT BIGGEST SCAM..! Your hard earned money will be wasted. They will give you lot of excuses for not giving the reservations. You will cry tears of blood as they have purely harassing intensions and their marketing team will give many many sugar-coated commitments which will never be accepted and we have to regret even after paying them subscription, it would be much better if we reserve hotels and resorts on our own instead of paying subscription to such fraud hospitality companies.
Their marketing team members, Mr.Hardik and Mr.Asfaq in the greed of obtaining membership, they all are doing many false commitments which are never accepted by their customer care and their reservations department, fraudulently cheating the general public and giving the wrong presentations which is against the interest of the general public. They show the brand hotels like Lemontree, Royal Orchid, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriot, ITC etc in their presentations with many commitments and later giving the very sub-standard hotels and resorts with the only single answer from their reservations department o[censored]navailability of rooms or peak season. This hospitality company is mentally harassing and betraying the general public. Government should take stern actions against such tour hospitality companies.

The above business entity and their employees have done a fraud with me and many others across the nation via various social media platforms like Face book and Instagram denting the image of Gujarat and making it famous for fraudulent practices and wrong reasons.
Modus Operandi: They call us repeatedly and offered us holiday packages for 6Nights & 7Days for consecutive 3years for a couple with 2 children under the age of 12 including Meals (Breakfast & Dinner) plus a complimentary offer of 3Nights and 4Days.
With all the sugar coated words they trap you and take an access of your mobile phone whereby they ask you for your bank details and make the necessary transfer to their accounts (50150/- in my case) following which they send you a couple of mails and a membership card to confuse you for two three days in the mean time they park all the funds in various other accounts and then they stop responding to your calls or any other correspondence.
I urge the department to conduct a reasonable enquiry about the business owners and their ways of caring out such a scam online, I request the concerned authorities to inspect the association of BYD Hospitality Pvt Ltd with the leading hotel partners across India and abroad as they claim on their web presence.
Moreover, please find attached the documents they have shared with us at the beginning to gain trust of the innocent people I humbly request you to check the authenticity of the same.
