Byju's — Course purchased for 7th and 8th class

I purchased a course for 7th and 8th class which was left in between without completing the syllabus. I paid all the required money for the course and I was told that byjus will provide me two years long teaching for 7th and 8th class but it didn't happened there were no tutors over there in the classes . My course was left in between which left me in a loss of money because I didn't got the desired amount of output . I kindly request to pay attention to it and sort all the things out and either give me the refund or provide any alternative.
