Byjus Ias — Byjus IAS course cancellation and EMI payment cancellation regards

I Choose Byjus IAS course on july 2022 and giving payment in emi option. i am totally dissatisfied with the product purchase and called the byjus cancellation department for several times for cancellation of the course and closing the emi option. They says they can arrange a callback from their side for cancelling the course. but till now no calls from their side. I think they cheats the students in this manner and earned more money from this kind of cheating
