Bynow.in — Fraud Company - made me to place order of 1999 and later shut down all their contact numbers

Dear Consumer Complaint Forum,
Please help, I also want to make others aware of this fraud company. On March 20th, 2020. A person named stating his name Abhishek Tanveer and told he is calling from a Online Website called
www.bynow.com, call me on my phone and he spoke very convincingly about some offers and made me place order Order Number : 20200206 and made me to pay Rs. 1999 towards Item Details: BLUETOOTH SMART WATCH + MI POWER BANK (Refer attached screenshots for order details).
He spoke very convincingly and made me to trust. He spoke for almost one hour and waiting till I completed transaction. He also promised me that by ordering this I will be eligible to enter direct contest and win prize. Initially I got doubt, but he provided website address and engaged with me on phone making him trust. he responded when I called back. So somehow i trusted him and placed order. He promised the order will delivered to me in 2 days or by March 23rd, 2020. He responded next day on phone when I called after I placed order. But unfortunately around March 23rd 24th Lock Down due to Covid 19 started and I though due to it it got delayed. I kept waiting, in April, May months I called several times but none of their numbers connected. Recently Abhishek Tanveer called and told they started working and I trusted him. I asked for the status of my order. Promising me he will send the tracking ID and my order status, he started diverting me to new offer that I am eligible to win Car based on my points and if I pay some 20 thousands to process it. I got doubt and I resfused to pay and demanded to deliver the order will I placed initially worth Rs. 1999. Then he disconnected, from that day on wards none of their numbers are reachable, Abhishek Tanveer number is also not reachable ([protected] ). I have sent multiple emails to their provided support emails Ids but no reply. I mentioned to them in emails that I will file complaint, but still they did not reply. Now, I have no choice left expect to file a complaint. Today I called their customer care number [protected] again and somehow connected, Person on the phone stated his name as Atul. When I asked for the status of my order, he asked my order number and checked details and then disconnect the call without any update, when I called back, again call is not connecting.

They are so dare that, they are feeling no one can do anything to them and they can fraud people. I am fighting for justice. Hope, they will be behind the bars one day soon.
