Bytenet — No internet service, no response

Hi,

Im from alwal, hyderabad. Currently using bytenet internet service of home starter plan. Cost 600inr for 5mpbs speed with upto 250gb download limit in a month.

Above plan worked perfect for first 6 months after that i always had an issue with speed and fluctuating internet.in a month i hardly get services for about a week or two for what i paid. Rest is always a downtime or no internet at all.

Worst of all. Bytenet customer service number wont work. No one to accept a complaint to resolve issue as soon as possible. All i have ia a techicians number who is also the bill collector for services. Everytime i call him with a problem he would never pick up the call. It would atleast take 3 days for him to answer one call. When he answers he would reply and assure to fix it in a day. Again i call him, usual wouldnt pick up for another 3 days when he does always claims to be out of station and never gives out any alternate number to resolve this issue. It been 2 weeks now i have no internet services and low speed sometimes if im lucky. No one answers the call. No way to complaint and resolve the issue.

Please take a strick action against this company and get this matter resolved.
