I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by C Fiber Net, Puducherry.
My home internet connection stopped working on the night of 27 July 2026 (Thursday). I reported the issue immediately and have followed up multiple times. Despite being informed about the fault, the connection remains unresolved even today, and there has been no meaningful response or action from their support team.
Internet connectivity is an essential service, especially for those who work from home or rely on it for daily activities. Keeping customers without service for several days without proper communication or resolution is unacceptable. Was this information helpful? |
