[Resolved]  C K Infrastructure Ltd. Delhi — Money taken not returned

To The Editor, (Pehredar) CMBC (Awaaz), New Delhi. Sir/Madam I am to request as under: That I am a retired H.P. Government person, retired during, July, 2009. 1. That I came across a person namely Sh. Chand Khan, Chairman of a Company namely C.K. Infrastructure LTD. (C K Infrastructures Ltd.LU-75, DDA Shopping Complex, Pitam Pura New Delhi - 110 088 Telephone: +[protected], 47591493 Fax: +[protected] E-mil: [protected]@ckinfra.com), who is one of a partner in Hotel Manali Resorts, at Manali, in Himachal Pradesh. 2. That the above said Company was executing a High Tech ISBT Project at Shimla under the Government of Himachal Pradesh on BOT (Built, Operate and Transfer) basis which was also funded by the H.P.Government to the tune of Rs.7 Crores (as gathered from a section of Press). The project costs multi crores was under completion during 2009. The Chairman of the Company was known to me due to above mentioned Resort at Manali and his active participation in H.P. Government Project mentioned above. 3. The High tech ISBT above was designed to manage the smooth flow of passenger transport including commercial space of Mall, (Multiplex). 4. The Chairman of the Company approached me with the proposal that he would provide Commercial space in the above project provided some advance is deposited with him. On this, Rs. 10 lac was paid to the above person on 4th Nov, 2009 and thereafter Rs. 20 lakhs were transferred through RTGS into M/s C.K. Infrastructure Ltd. New Delhi account under UTR No. PUNBH [protected] Pays ref. No. 18851915 vide payees cheque No.460785 dated 24.4.2010 from PNB, New Shimla, Branch Shimla. Subsequently Rs 5 lakhs were also paid on[protected] to the above Company on persistent demand of the above person. Hence a total sum of Rs. 35 lac (Rupes Thirty five lakhs) has been paid to the above Company. 5. The project was finally completed and inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh on 29th of August, 2011. From this very day as and when the Chairman of the Company happened to be contacted personally at New Delhi or at ISBT Complex or on phone, the said Chairman neither provided the promised commercial space nor returned the above amount. He however, convinced me that he will not be able to spare space for me, but will refund my above amount plus 2% monthly interest from 1.4.2010. On mutual understanding both o[censored]s concluded the proposal and Sh. Chand Khan gave me a cheque No.126743 dated 7.12.2013 of M/s. Y. K. Construction Company for Rs. 10 lac with the understanding that he will refund the entire outstanding amount plus interest from the date of receipt of amount very soon. The cheque was presented in the Bank on 29.1.2014but the same has been returned by the Bank with the remarks “Account Closed”. This act of the Chairman of a Company doing business with the Government is uncalled for. In view of the facts narrated above I request you to please help a retired senior citizen in refunding the above amount as I am helpless in getting back my hard earned without your help. Sh. C.K. Khan has fraudulently obtained the above amount from me by luring me to lease out the commercial site on the completion of Project which he backed out to refund of the taken amount as promised and ignored all my personal visit at Delhi and my all phone calls . The Company is earning minimum one lakh daily besides realizing lakhs of Rupees monthly as rental out of Parking, Two Car Dealers, own counters, PVR, C.K. International Regency, Food Court etc. In addition to it he has also leased out huge space to different persons/ Companies. Despite this Sh. Chand Khan is playing fraud with me and not returning me money for such a long period of last 50 months. Please help me as requested above.
