I ordered a Naysa 2 in 1 waterproof HD matte lipstick pencils makeup kit (set of 12) but received a totally different product. I have received fake huda beauty matte. Liquid lipgloss which is totally dried up there is no contact no which I can contact neither getting any response to the mail I have send on help [protected]@gmail.com . I want a refund of my product that is Rs.796 asap . Also the pickup and return address is not mentioned on the parcel.
