I had been to brewsky located at # 55, 15th cross, 19th main, sarakki, ex jp nagar. Bangalore -560078 / tel - [protected]

Issue :

My bill was 1600 after

Vat - 14.50% - 50.75
Service tax - 5.6% - 89.60
Sbc - 03.20
Kkc - 03.20
Total - 1747.00

Why we are forced to pay service tax, when the law states we are not bound to.

Requesting to please take necessary action.
