Cab — Rash Driving

I was dropping my aunt and coming back from railway station back gate early morning at 5.45

I was driving straight lane and taxi indica randomly came on my left side and hity car. He was driving rashly and in full speed with passengers and just went away without even apologising .I tried to chase and stop him but since I had my aunt who is very old, had to safely bring her home she was completely frightened, anything could've happened

Here are the details,

There was damage done to my vehicle, but I'm worried about the passengers and other vehicles who will will be seriously affected due to his reckless driving. I sincerely request you look into this and raise complaint against him to his cab company.
