Cadd Centre Boribunder — Unethical Practice by The CADD Centre_ The CADD Centre has failed to give Advanced Excel Course as per their promise

I had enrolled for advance excel course in sept 23. Being a working woman since the time of enquiry I had told I want training only in evening batches after my office closes i/e after 7 p.m. Also, I will not be able to come on Bank Holidays due to far distance from my residence. Mr Mobin Khan, the counter person, who completed my admission procedure & promised the same will be done and course will be done only in the evening on working days. However the evening instructor Mr Swapnil Jadhav was very reluctant type, From 1st itself his reaction was why you do not attend Morning Batch, Again I narrated him my problem and told I have already taken admission after getting promise that course will be done only in evening that too on working days. But Mr Swapnil Jadhav was never ready to teach, I gave feedback to Mr Mobin Khan 4 times. Ultimately Mr Khan told me he will change instructor but I should come in the day time which was not at all possible as I am a working woman. So he told me to come on 2nd and 4th Saturdays and Sundays. Though it was not possible for me I went all the way up to Boribunder on 23 Sept 23. The instructor was very good and having skill to explain. However the timings were not suitable for me. On same day I informed Mr Mobin Khan that though the instructor is good I cannot come on holidays due to my personal problem which I have told you at the time of admission itself. For this Mr Mobin Khan promised he will refund my fees. As I did not get refund I gave application on 9th Oct 23 and then on 31/10/2023.
Now I want my fees refund on flowing ground. !) The Cadd Centre has failed to give me suitable instructor when they were aware evening instructor is not capable to teach Excel. 2) The Cadd Centre has wasted my at least 7 to 10 days by not teaching me anything, 3) They have given me mental agony. 4) Mr Swapnil Jadhav was not able to deliver lecture, was reluctant to teach and over and above when I complained to Mr Mobin Khan, Mr Swapnil Jadav passed objectionable remarks against me in front of Mr Mobin Khan
