Cadd Centre — Refund problem with cadd centre

I have joined in CADD centre for a course for catia, GD & t, autocad before joining they told me to sign a general admission form then they got my money of 12, 000 the total amount is 21900 i paid the first half after one week of training they only took 3 days class & 3 days i was sitting simply without doing anything then i raised complain & asked refund because i was not satisfied with there teaching so i raised refund but they are not giving me back & now showing that you have signed this non refund form & not giving me my money i have no hopes on them even they are saying change the course or centre but im not willing to join this CADD again they are not giving my money & talking rude for not refunding from the head office i need my money back
