Dear Sir,
I Dr. Vibhu Bhatia using the Naturogest (Progesterone soft gelatin capsule) manufactured by Cadila healthcare ltd Airport Road. Daman Plant with Batch No.BBX1010 Mfg Date- 03/2021 and Exp date- 02/2023, Amount Rs. 581.80/ 10 capsules. I purchased it from Vadodara, Ami Hospital, Sama Road Near chanikyapuri circle.
There is a problem in quality of the capsules. I think quality check is not assured and well regulated in such a reputed plant which is US-FDA and WHO approved plant. The above mentioned batch number has not been undergone visual inspection, otherwise this issue may not arise. The capsules are burst, having irregular shape and gelatin along with medicament is popped out. I have attached the photographs for your reference.
I want strict action to be taken as the medicines are so costly and it directly affect the women reproductive system. being a pregnant women, I am taking this soft gelatin capsule. But it's very dangerous for our health. I also want acknowledgement of receiving of this message. I was trying to trace out the Quality control manager's email is but it's not available anywhere on website.
