To whom it may concern,

I am writing this complaint to bring to your notice the unethical and illegal practices of CASHe, a personal loan app, that has been harassing and threatening me and my family and friends for the past few months.

Due to some financial difficulties, I was unable to repay the loan on time. I had informed CASHe about my situation and requested them to give me Settlement Amount so i can arrange the money. I had also assured them that I would pay the loan amount by 25th of February 2024.

However, instead o[censored]nderstanding and cooperating with me, CASHe started sending me abusive and threatening calls and messages. They also accessed my contacts and started calling and messaging my relatives, friends, and colleagues, using vulgar language and false accusations. They even visited my home address and threatened to kill me or send me to jail if I did not pay the money immediately.

This has caused me a lot of mental stress and trauma, as well as damaged my reputation and relationships. I have recorded some of these calls and messages and posted them on social media platforms, such as YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, to expose their malpractices and warn other people about their fraud.

I request you to take strict action against CASHe and their agents for violating the consumer rights and laws. I also request you to provide me with a fair and reasonable loan settlement option, so that I can clear my debt and end this ordeal.

I have attached the copies of the loan agreement, the screenshots of the calls and messages, and the proof of my job loss as evidence. I hope you will look into this matter and help me get justice.
