I purchased classes for tax by arpit gupta for c.s final.
Paid for pen drive and book. Received DVDs and photocopy of book. Classes do not run in my system despite the fact that it meets all the requirements as prescribed in the product description. The customer care executive do no answer my calls. The vender Arpit gupta is as pathetic as this site. Called them like 20 times for 12 days..but issue was not resolved.they say call Cakart..cakart says..will call you back..but never do..infact they start ignoring my no. They don't pick at all.Refused refund.I am also planning to file court case for cheating and fraud and also report to economic offences wing. Was this information helpful? |
