    Hi,

    This is a complain against BSNL, Calcutta Telephones for telephone number[protected].

    I have paid a bill in October to November period, amount Rs. 588/- using ICICI credit card and BSNL also confirmed the payment in the next bill. Since this bill was paid using ICICI credit card, I have stopped a cheque from HSBC to pay this bill. This cheque was issued earlier.

    Now after two months probably Calcutta Telephones precedes that cheque to Bank and this is dishonoured. Then they asked me to pay the bill, even though this was already paid using ICICI credit card and payment was confirmed.

    I have contacted their office and they actually deny to cooperate.

    I have contacted ICICI Bank and they told that the amount is already credited but probably the voucher is not claimed by BSNL.

      the due date for submitting the bill for december'08 was 29/01/09. i paid the bill by cash on 02/02/09 at the Jadavpur branch of calcutta telephones. inspite of that they disconnected my landline on the 04/02/09. without an alternative this is a great inconvenience as my child is sick at the moment. please help,

      I am a BSNL consumer since 2001, My Telephone no is[protected]. My Telephone connection had unfairly disconnected since last one month despite of all bills paid. I am so surprised for disconnecting my Telephone connection. Several complain has loged to BSNL conplian book but no action has been taken till now. My aged mother staying along (I am only one son of my mother) at home, no other communication way with her except BSNL lane line during my office hour.

      As a BNSL consumer I strongly protest about their very very very poor service. I hope you all are understood my protesting mind.

      I hope BSNL will take my complain positively and provide their service as early as possible to re-connect my telephone lane line.

      My payment of bills are in ECS system and from my Bank statement it was found no outstanding payments are dued so far. Now I found realised that my telephone No. 2415 5656 has been disconnected due to non payment of bills. Kindly enquire and reply immediately for such disconnection.

        Erroneous Charge of Rs.9999/- per month
        I have opted for a newly launched Prepaid Land Line based Telephone Plan technically termed as 'PU' on 20.6.2007 and got connection on 23.6.2007 having no.[protected]. I have taken Home Plan 250 Broadband connection against this telephone on 15.10.2008. Modem was purchased outright paying Rs. 1200/- as levied and Rs. 2000/- was also paid in advance for one year as annual charges of Home Plan 250 Broadband. It was the bold from the blue when I started receiving regular monthly bill showing Rs.9999/- as 'monthly fixed charge' every month from the month of December 2008 onwards in addition to other normal charges. I visited several times to the A.O.T.R.II, Calcutta Telephones, Mr. S.Mukherjee ( Tel.no.[protected] and he revised these bills accordingly admitting their mistake but ultimately he has informed me yesterday that this mistake has been generating from the billing software which will not be possible to be rectified until I surrender both my Broadband connection and Telephone. Now if I surrender my telephone I have to bear net forfeiture of the amount I spent at the time of getting connection of Telephone Line as well as Broadband Line in addition to the statutory charges to be levied for surrendering of Telephone and Broadband connection. I am not getting my mental support for losing money for which I have no fault at all. I am in anxiety with this permanent nature of harassment in every month . Why the mistake will not be rectified immediately by the B.S.N.L ? Why should the subscriber bear loss for which he has no fault in his part ? Why the responsibility is intended to be fixed to the person other than those who have shown incompetency and negligence in their part of duties destroying reputation of a Govt. of India Enterprise. Kindly look into the matter and stop generating ghost bills in respect of the Telephone no.[protected] as quick as practicable

        dear sir i am a central govt employee, I was posted at calcutta with my BSNL tel no 24863338. i sureendered my telephone connection with my broadband caonnection in the office of BSNL at Ballygunge place for which i have got receipt on my transfer to Air force stn Adampur on 29 Nov 2007. Sir till date i have not received my refund for for security deposit and difference of annual payment made for Broadband connection. i have wirtten and talked my times to officer concern in that office but no reply received. pls advice.

          I HAD OPTED FORPLAN 500C (COMBINED FOR BOTH TELEPHONE AND BROADBAND) WITH EFFECT FROM 1.12.08. AS PER THE PLAN THE FOLLOWING FACILITIESW ARE TO BE PROVIDED: 1) FREE TLEPHONE CASLLS UPTO 175 UNITS. 2) UNLIMITED BROAD BAND USAGE (DOWN LOAD AND UPLOAD) SDURING 02.00 TO 08.00 HOURS.

          BUT I AM SURPRISED TO RECEIVE A BILL FOR DECEMBER 2008 WHICH HAS NOT PROVIDED 175 FREE CALLS PERMISSIBLE AGAINST THE ABOVE PLAN. YOU HAVE ALSO CHARGED RS.500/- AS SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH WAS NOT AT ALL ASKED AGAINST THE PLAN 500C.

          KINDLY CLARIFY THE REASON FOR NOT PROVIDING FREE CALLS AND CHARGING RS.500/- AS SECURITY DEPOSIT.

          My BSNL landphone ([protected]) has been lying dead for three consecutive weeks. The line develops defects almost every single day but in spite of repeated complaints the company is as indifferent as ever. I want the consumer forum of my state to resolve the problem permanently.

            i had applied for a new BSNL land line connection vide form number ALP160478, registration number ALP/GG/NOR/08-09/1110 dated 04.12.2008, but very surprisingly the new connection has not been installed till date, even after the lapse of 50 days.

            I CAME TO KNOW THAT CALCUTTA TELEPHONES ARE PROVIDIND NEW CONNECTION PROMPTLY RELYING UPON IT I HAVE APPLIED FOR A NEW CONNECTION AT MY RESIDENCE AT BRIGHT STREET, KOLKATA-700017 VIDE FORM NO. CEN095161 REGISTRATION NO. CIR/GG/NOR/09-10/0058 DATED 23/04/09 AND MY WORK ORDER WAS ALSO SEND BY COMMERCIAL OFFICE TO EXCHANGE AT AUCLAND PLACE VIDE NO.CIR/N/GG/09-10/0062 DATED 23/04/09, BUT IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT NO INSTALLATION WAS MADE TILL DATE.
            IT IS MORE PAINFULL THAT WHEN I WENT TO AUCLAND PLACE I WAS TOLD TO PAY BRIBE IF I WANT IMMEDIATE INSTALLATION OF PHONE.
            I DONT KNOW WHEN THE CALCUTTA TELEPHONE AUTHORITY WILL LEARN FROM PRIVATE OPERATORS TO SERVE THE COSTUMER.

                I have a broad band telephpne connection at residence with No[protected]. The Bill for this connection has been shown as :-
                (i) NET AMOUNT PAYABLE = Rs. 1121.00
                (ii) TOTAL CALL CHARGE= Rs. 43.00
                (iii) MONTHLY FIXED CHARGE = 0.00
                (iv) SERVICE TAX = Rs. 65.16
                (v) OTHER CHARGES = Rs. 1, 012.84
                From the above it is not very clear as to what has been taken meant by the term " Other Usage Charge".
                The Serve Record of my internate usage for Dec-2008 shows that I have not even used 1 GB internet data. My humble submission iswhat is the break up of this " Other Usage Charge" . Is the Bill manupulated or otherwise?. I have requested for swithch over of Tariff Plan to 500C from January1st 2009 then what is the rational of this Billing.                 I OPTED FOR HOME PLAN 750 REDUCED TO RS.500 (FIXED RATE) ACCORDINGLY GOT IT ON 27.NOV 08 IN TERMS OF BSNL ADVERTISEMENT ON CLEAR UNDERSTANDING. BILL MADE RS.1312/- FOR JAN'09 IS ERRONEOUS/NOT RELEVANT AND AS SUCH REQUESTED TO RECTIFY IMMEDIATELY SO THAT THIS OLD AGED HAMIPARASIS DISABLED PATIENT NEED NOT SUFFER. BSNL AUTHORITY MAY KINDLY TREAT THIS AS MOST URGENT.
                Copy of Jan'09 bill received through e-mail from DD/TR shows:-
                1) Dec'08 usual bill for Rs.798/- paid on 28.12.08. There is no outstanding.
                2) Meter reading stands "0"
                3) Fixed charges should be Rs.500/- but shown as '0'
                4) Payable amount shown as Rs.1312/- How this figure arrived?

                Various cases are there where wrong billing exists. Being a private concern it is not desirable from BSNL. Responsible authority should take care of this.
                Same case has happened with me this month.
                I have opted for HOME COMBO 500 from Dec, 08.
                I had total 75 calls last month and .925GB of data transfer. I should have a bill like 500 + 25 + Service taxes but

                i agree and on top of it all i cant view my broadband usage for the month..
                i have a broad band connection (unlimited plan) at my bsnl no. 25595748. the link on broadband fails very frequently. whenever i make complaint the bsnl official put blame on the modem that i use. i got it tested at bsnl dumdum office by their official who checked and found the modem o.k. but still link failure keeps occurring. most of the officials are not accessible easily for taking the complaint or acting on the complain promptly. this time the link is not coming from 2nd may. i contacted one of the brd band officials of bsnl dumdum on his mobile and reported about the complain. he asked me to lodge complaint at 219. this no. is also responding erratically and i am unable to lodge complain. i am not able to contact any of the bsnl's conerned officials. every time i have a problem at bsnl line i feel so helpless. i lose my precious working time inspite of being on the max. brd band tariff. i hav a data card of a pvt telecom co. and i never face such hopeless situation with that. i request bsnl to be prompt on customer service. my link failure problem maintains status quo. i feel frustrated with bsnl service.
                I am Director, MDW. My office telephone no.22141531 is connected with Broadband. It was installed only on monthly rental basis:@ Rs250/-. But in our last but one bill usage charge was imposed separately in addition to Rs.250/-. It is not known why. Details with reasons are requeasted.

                  I availed a braodband connection under the "broadband for non bsnl customers" scheme, from Calcutta Telephones in August 2008. The phone and modem were supplied on the 4th of September, but BSNL records show that they were delivered on the 9th of September. From then till today i.e. 21st of November, 2008, no Username and password for accessing broadband are delivered. Every time we call up the BSNL toll free number[protected], it rarely gets connected to the agent and they say that the creation is left with their Bangalore office which generates this information. I paid Rs.8100 upfront but was not able to use the connection for a single day. Is anybody from BSNL Calcutta Telephones seeing this? My connection number is 23243290.

                  BSNL DataOne Broadband — Unauthorised change of broadband plan

                  I have a RS 250 plan giving 1GB o[censored]sage per month. Additional usage is RS 0.90 per MB. Since May 2008 my plan has been changed without my authorisation to Rs 750 with unlimited usage. Despite making several complaints to BSNL absolutely nothing has been done to change the plan back to RS 250.
                  It seems that BSNL likes cheating and conning its customers!
                  do you please take some action about my problem.for dead my land line i facing alots of problem please take some action.
                  i forgot the password of my account in calcuttatelephones.com... what to do now??

                  We have a broadband connection with telephone number [protected] in the name of Bimal Gopal Chatterjee and our broad band connection is not working since the last 5-6 months. I have lodged a number of complaints in the customer care phone number but those did not yield any positve result. I request you to kindly look into the matter other wise I will be left with no other option but to disconnect my broadband connection, as for the last number of months we are paying the charges just for nothing. It appears to me that problem may probably be with the telephone line and in my last complaint I was told by one of the lady at the customer care service that if the problem is with the telephone line then I have to contact local telephone exchange, whereas normal telephonic complaints is not registered for the numbers with broadband connection.

                  i am facing b/band connection problems for about a month now. everyday i can book a complaint with both the land line online complaint number (****2198) and also to b/ban complaint numbers (sampark at 1500, 1504, [protected]) and everyday i am given new dkt numbers since both the services somehow manage their records to the effect that they have set the problem right!!! i even get sms from 1504 that 'you circuit has been restored'.. but NOTHING IS BEING DONE.
                  No senior officer ever attends to the phones.. they just keep ringing.
                  when personally visited b/band people tell us to contact local exchange and the later advise us to contact b/band.

                  A nice circus they are running indeed.

                  And the cost to me? i have a family member who has got permission to 'work from home' and she has to go to office everyday for want of b/band connection at home for which BILLS ARE COMING REGULARLY.
                  Whenever I tried to view my usage for the particular month subequently Ienter m portal user Id and passworrd, Every attemt its found and displayed invalid user id or password. I am in doubt that some one has hacked into my broadband accountand using it illegally beyond limit results excess bill amount is coming at each month.
                  My broadband connection not opening most of the days. Error 678: The remote computer did not respond this message is coming to my computer. My phone number is[protected]. Please do the needfuls and improve your service. Your early action will be highly appreciated.

The line was quite disturbed up to[protected] and I continuously follow up the matter with your officr and ultimately restored the connection on and from[protected].
                  Therefore you are requested to bill according to new tarif(Charge) and bill from[protected]the date on which MODEM was installed)
                  Further for your information: I have applied for 20% rebate for Govt. Servent.

                      I have booked a complain on 20.09.08 with Calcutta Telephones as my landline went "dead" from the same date. No repairing has been done till now though I have met a senior official Mr.P.K.Upadhya on 03.10.08 as suggested by Computerised Customer Cell, Behala Division. He assured me that the repairing w'd be done in the very next day but nothing has been done & my telephone is still "dead" & the complain (docket no:H981) is still "alive".

                      I have booked a complain on 20-09-08 with Calcutta Telephones as my landline was"dead" from the same date.Nothing has been done to repair the fault to make the line "live" till now, though I have met a senior official Mr. P.K.Upadhya at Behala Telephone Exchange on 03.10.08 as suggested by Computerised Customer Cell, Behala Division. He assured me that the repair woud be done the very next day but my landline is still "dead" and the complain (docket no: H981) is still "alive".
                      I have booked a complain on 08.10.08 ( docket no. 85590 )with Calcutta Telephones as my landline went[protected] "dead" from the same date, but I do not know how to vanished the docket no. 85590 from register, however, lodged complain again on 11.10.08 ( docket no.87302 ) I got surprised to hear that it was also erased. No repairing has been done till now though I have talked with S.D.E. of Konnagar Telephone Exchange Mr.B.C.Mukherjee on 14.10.08. He dose not assured me with too hot temperament that when repairing w'd be done. I am a customer of BSNL since April, 1996 but Mr. Mukherjee used filthy languages and said that I am an illegal customer of BSNL, moreover everytime he is saying that, he is in in service for six months only, he dose not bother about customer's complain and the linemens of Konnagar Telephone Exchange are also doing the same as per his indulgence customers of BSNL of this area are too much annoyed on him, it is our request give a surprised visit at Konnagar Telephone Exchange & will get a clear picture.My telephone is still "dead" & the complain (docket no:88890, dt. 14.10.08). May I know after this incident why I shall not give up BSNL services i.e. Brodband, 03BSNL SIM Card, 02 BSNL Landline ?

                      I accepted a caller tune facility during September'08, but the tune was not activated after 25-28 days. After that one massage come for renewal the caller tune facility. I have call the customer care executive and they have told me to call at a number for unregistration. After deduction of charges @ Rs.4/- per minute a massage come that indicate I was not registered. The I Call again and booked a complain vide no. 3083001. But they are activated the caller tune after 4-5 days and today they have deducted Rs. 12/- for the tune and after one month they also charged Rs. 20/- for one month. I again call the customer care executive and get lots of sorry and confirm that they should deactivate after 2 hours. But they are unable to refund the mony which they have already deducted.

                      I want to take necessary action against the mobile company and help us to get refund of my money back as because I have earned this money after hard working and it was not for any donation or "Faltu".

                      I, Sri Gautam Sadhukhan having a prepaid Bsnl mobile No. [protected]. On 27th April I have receive a call from [protected], duration of the call was less than a minute. After that I have receive a massage from bsnl “Last call charges Rs 100”. I have launch a Docket nos “3625893 & 3644330”. From 27th to 30th april I am in kolkata only but all the Call which I have received from Bangalore has been charged. On 27th my phone balance was Rs 170/-and there after I have not dial anybody now my phone balance is minus Rs 275/- even though I have no GPRS connection.

                      Customer care has called me on 5th May and told me that Rs 100/- has been deducted for Downloading but I am 100% sure that I have not downloaded anything. They told me that they cannot do anything regarding this Rs 100/- and ask me to adjust the amount. And also told me to register another complain for Rs 70/-(Docket No[protected].

                      I have called customer care to solve the issue more than 60 times, they have said your complain is in process it will be solve shortly but till date is has not been solved. From 30th April I am unable to make outgoing call, now I am in a disaster position.

But, when even almost 24 hours later it was not repaired, I called the local exchange and talked to Mr. Debnath who was very rude and said 'We are not sitting here listen to your complaints.' Anyway, he also mentioned that his guys were out there with the list of faulty telephones. Till 3 p.m. my phone was not repaired and so I again called Mr. Debnath who then was even more abusive and even refused to tell me whether my telephone number was at all on that day's repairing list and disconnected the call abruptly. Calcutta telephones is an organization who cann't even provide a flawless service to the customers but also have such employees like Mr. Debnath who are abusive to customers and is a shame to their own organization.

But I have not been provided the broadband link which I was enjoying earlier. Interestingly enough, I have been given new user i.d.,and password over telephone. But actual link remained elusive. Complaints by e-mail to [protected]@dataone.in bounces back each time and complaints to helpline 1504 generates only ornamental docket number followed by a ritualistic reply 'Dear Customer Your Circuit 24284627 has been restored' in the afternoon. But none contacts me, neither any action is taken against several complaints.

                        To day, on Sunday, I found no broadband connection service from 10 am.On last seven days some persons tried to convince me to take broadband connection from other non govt.broadband provider, which was denied by me.
                        At about 6 pm I have called help line of broadband.Just after five minutes the connection has been started.
                        I am trying to analyze the matter of last seven days.
                        Is there any chance of sabotage to force us to quit BSNL Broadband connection?

                            After several follow up, they agreed to connect my telephone on 18-Jul-2008 in new places. One person from Kestopur exchange came to my house and connected the telephone. That person asks for some tips or money. But I didnt pay any money.

                            Today is 22-Jul-2008. Still I have not got new numbers from the exchange.

                            I called up the following person

                            2. Samir Charkaborty :[protected],
                            [protected]
                            3. Area Manager :- [protected]
                            4. Mr Ghosh :- [protected]

                            They could not give me any guarantee when I can get the new connection number. They told me to wait and see. This is fantastic answer from such a telephone officers. I am using broadband connection along with the landline.

                            I found that Saltlake exchange is much more capable giving service very fast. For example, I was given the new phone number within 2 hours after giving new connections. Whereas Kestopur exchange is not able to provide the changed number even 4 days are over after the line connection. Is not it funny ? Is it realistic ?

                            Please look into this matter.

                              I had booked a complain on 08.10.08 ( docket no. 85590 )with Calcutta Telephones as my landline went[protected] "dead" from the same date, but I do not know how to vanished the docket no. 85590 from register, however, lodged complain again on 11.10.08 ( docket no.87302 ) I got surprised to hear that it was also erased. No repairing has been done till now though I have talked with S.D.E. of Konnagar Telephone Exchange Mr.B.C.Mukherjee on 14.10.08. He dose not assured me with too hot temperament that when repairing w'd be done. I am a customer of BSNL since April, 1996 but Mr. Mukherjee used filthy languages and said that I am an illegal customer of BSNL, moreover everytime he is saying that, he is in in service for six months only, he dose not bother about customer's complain and the linemens of Konnagar Telephone Exchange are also doing the same as per his indulgence customers of BSNL of this area are too much annoyed on him, it is our request give a surprised visit at Konnagar Telephone Exchange & will get a clear picture.My telephone is still "dead" & the complain (docket no:88890, dt. 14.10.08). May I know after this incident why I shall not give up BSNL services i.e. Brodband, 03BSNL SIM Card, 02 BSNL Landline ?

                                  I have been using the BSNL landline for last twelve years or so and is a bonafide custromer.I didn't find any problem in the long period . I opted for a broadband connection in sometimes of mid 2006.I was offered it and was getting very bad connectivity initially. After lots of complaints for a period of one and half year my broadband connectivity was restored and now I am getting exellent connectivity. But I was offerred a free telephone line for my broadband connection. After lots of hiccups and complains I was given the free land line which is operational only with BSNL IT Card. It allows incoming though.But the problem is that the new line is often dead and does not give any dial tone very often. The no. of the new land line is 2673 3106. If you think yourself anyway responsible for this problem please restore my land line connectivity. I am busy in some government work and have special link in print media of Kolkata.I need the land line connection to be alive desperately. Please feel free and don't hesitate to call me in[protected] for any more query and help. Hope for an early action for your end.
                                  Yesterday, I lodged a complain regarding non functioning of my land line (no.[protected] under Nabagram Telephone Exchange which comes under the jurisdicgion of Serampore Telecom Circle.This land line was given due to my broadband connection and is operational only through the BSNL IT card.In my last two years experience in using broadband, I can only say it is a horrible experience.Neither link nor speed is ensured. Very recently the link is coming in the modem very quickly and broadband is giving a fine response, but the phone no. which I mentioned earlier is giving me a tough time. Moreover, I have a mobile connection of Excel no. [protected].On 01.07.08 I made an SMS for taking the excel p benefit for two BSNL nos. for slashed tariff.I made a similar complain yesterday, but it is needless to say, that as usual, the Super Navaratna BSNL did not pay any heed to my concerns, and never pay any heed to the concerns and problems of millions of their valued customer(don't know whether BSNL at all think these customers as valued or not!!!). I don't know even your capacity or whether you are at all powerfull enough to solve the above mentioned problem or not. I know BSNL is getting used to all these complaints and these complaints do not bear any significance to them. I will consider myself very lucky if I am proven wrong. Hope(that's what only I can do now) for an early action from your end.

                                  Since I am unable to get a helpful response from your siliguri broadband office, I am turning to you as a last resort. I own a broadband connection from your company. My plan detail is Home plan 500. At the time of startup it was working well. But from 2-3 months I am totally disappointed from your service. The thing is that there are rarely chances that I get your connection active otherwise it always remains disconnect. I also complained about this matter many times in broadband section but they rectified it for 2-3 days and again the same problem raised. So why is this happening? I complained about it several times in No.198 the next day phone call came and ask the “is your phone ok?” and cut off. If you are not able to give us nice services then please disconnect my line. Because the thing which I cannot use properly why should I pay for that.

In-fact I, went to my concern telephone exchange (I've to bunk my classes!! for this!) but the problem is as it were!
                                  They didn't provide me the Special cable of Broadband! then I, tried to connect with the Customer care officer but It's also very-very difficult to connect with the customer care officer of BSNL! Anyhow I, got connected with customer care and told them my problem and they assured me that the problem wil be solved shortly, But nothing happened!

                                  Very poor speed.Last month more than 10days out of service.Now speed is very slow.If this kind of worst BB service will continue have to disconnect the land line as well as the BB connection.This kind of bad service is forcing to think about that.It's become a monthly job to complain about the BB connection.It's going bad to worst.Please take the necessary steps.It's crossing the limit of tolerance.

                                  My modem link goes frequently. I complained many many times through 1504.
                                  Every time i am getting messages that- my circuit has been restored. But that is not a solution. I talk to them also, but no improve. I think the problem is lying somewhere else.
                                  This type of customer service is very embarrassing and painful.
                                  BSNL should be more professional with there customers. I will not suggest any other people to take BSNL Broadband.
                                  If I wouldn't I bought the Modem from them, I would kick this line, many months ago.
                                  I know nothing will be happened posting here. My problem will remain as is.
                                  My telephone # 22901653 is not functioning since 12th Feb & I have made complaint vide G 659 dtd 12-2-10. But it is not yet rectified or attended. Request you to kindly look into it and rectify the same.

                                  Authorized OS SP 2, Anti Virus Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. Bandwidth testing from internet shows good values (close to 2 MBps or more) but the down speed is horrribly slow.

                                  I switched over from my existing 250 home plan Broad Brand service to 750 unlimited plan recently.But my new plan has not yet been activated.On enquiry I fail to know when I' d start getting the benefit of the new plan.Last 2 months my bill exceeeded more than thosand rupees simply beause BB usage surpassed 1 GB.Last month I paid nearly one thosand and five hundred rupees and this month too, I'm afraid, I might have to cough up as much despite change of plan if the new scheme is not operative.
                                  So I request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure I start getting the advantage of the new plan as early as possible.

                                  Once again I fail to receive my bill.I did not get the bill for July, 2010.I got the bill for June after making complaint to you as I did not get bills for consecutive three months-March, April and May, 2010.This nonreceipt of bill put me on the spot.I've to cough up 5/ each time to collect the print out of the bill.That apart, the local post office refuses to acceppt the bill in the form of computer printout.I wonder, how the skipping of delivery of bill started again once it was supposed to have been corrected by the department concened.Any way, I'd be higly obliged if you'd kindly look into the matter to ensure unfailing delivery of bills from last month.Thank you.

                                  Last few months the BB connection is very irregular. Whenever I tried to connect BB it shows the Error 678 or 679. After a long time, though it is connected for a while, again is become disconnected. I have registered the complain in 1504 and to my local exchange(Cossipore in B.T. Road) for several times. But till now I have not received any satisfactory service from BSNL. I have paid Rs.5500/- in advance as a yearly subscription. If there is no action taken within 7 days I have to surrender this connection and your stuffs will be responsible for this negligence.
