Once Roshan collected payment from us he stopped responding to our calls and messages though we counted it as a teething problem and ignored started moving further to build the business, we were connected to your trainer Sindhu, who was not even able to answer our questions during the training even and told us to speak to Roshan only for clarification. Later one account manager was assigned to us Kowsalya who was able to manage everything except a team who had just been brought on board. if we used to ask her she used to deflect us like a ping pong ball. we on day 1 asked about the data quality for which she said speak to data centre team and when emailed them they said this is what they have and this is what they can provide as ITS A THIRD PARTY DATA, in which Roshan on day one and he commited that the leads would be warm leads mesna people who has been looking for the same product you just need to speak to them and bring them on board am sharing the call disposition which we have managed at our own end you would be amazed to see that not even a single person was from the same category. When I saw these issues I dropped an email to Roshan for sharing the escalation matrix and again I didn't get any response on the same. Today data team has crossed all the limits a lead was shared to us under the name of Mr. Mridul Soni who passed away two and a half years back, also all the leads are of individuals. We were really frustrated and amazed as well that how you guy are running your team or company to the most amazing thing about your company not even a single address shows that you have your office their, not able to find out the founder of your company not even a single customer review or feedback on google and majority on trust pilot are self generated by sharing a link even.
