Calvinclin — fake assurance for job (calvinclin)

Dear people who are thinking to go with Calvinclin, do not even think regrading job. Calvinclin is a fraud organisation. I got call from Hariharan from calvinclin regrading job and first I gave interview after that he was telling to pay my registration fee of 5000/-. I registered with them around[protected], I have done the online transaction of Rs 2000/-, i have paid same day but after that he is postponing date for giving offer letter. I waited more than a month or so but i didn’t get any offer letter. when i called him, he is telling next week. Next week for sure you will receive the offer letter by next week for sure. I called him again and again to (Hariharan) he mails me as the “could not get any suitable job in our client companies in Hyderabad and Bangalore. I almost waited for long years and I pay him of Rs 25000/-. My bad It’s been more than approx. 3-4 years i didn't take any action I am having his (Hariharan) total mails and massages. So i have proofs of sending money and account no. To make a complaint on this company legally
On 14-sep-2017 received a call from Hariharan, saying they have very few vacancies for SAS Programmer-I at NOVARTIS in Hyderabad. Your salary will be 33, 000 P.M for sure. For this job you have to pay Rs.10, 000/- by tomorrow once you paid the fee after that you can collect your offer from us by e-mail. And you have to join on 20th September 2017. He also confirms If you do not get the offer letter after the payment your total fee Rs.25, 000/- will be refunded to you for sure. I call him and told him I don’t want your job and I'll take serious action after hearing that he lost is cool and threatened to harm me for this reason I have not taken any action. Is it possible to take action to counter him??
