Cambium Retail - Audio Array — Defective speakers no resolution despite months gone by

I purchased Audio array (Division of Cambium Retail Pvt ltd) speakers from their shopping site. They come with 3 years warranty.
Within a short time they started to buzz and crackle.

I tested everything at my end to rule out local issue at my end.
I shared video evidence with the company on their email id and sent them speakers back for their inspection.

It's a long time gone by nearly 2 months and they are not responding.
They do not respond to emails, phone calls, if I call customer care they say they will get back to me.
This is going on for a long time.
Do not buy Audio Array products.
You will get cheated by the company.
