[Resolved]  Canara Bank- Scholarship And Fellowship Management Portal — New User Registration Problem

I have been facing an issue with my UGC NET JRF activation. I have received the "linking the student ID" email from canara bank. But when I go for the new user registration, it fails with this message " Some problem occurred during user registration. Kindly try again". However I can find the UGC JRF student ID with all details from the "Find Student ID" button.

Note: I had received a scholarship previously during my graduation from UGC named Ishan Uday in the year 2015-16 (ID of the previous scholarship: 201516-NER-ASS-OBC[protected]. So I was already having an ID in the Canara Bank Scholar Portal, is that previous student ID of Ishan Uday scholarship interfering with this new JRF Student ID.

May I therefore request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I have solved the issue by mailing/contacting through the Helpline mails/numbers given by UGC for JRF.
