Today i have received shipment from tshirtzmall and ecottoncounty.com with order i. D #tzm60854 but found wrong product inside. So kindly tell me the procedure of refund & return on immediate bases

I ordered the combo set of sweaters worth rs 1198but they sent me worse quality trouser and full sleeves inner type shirt which is of no use kindly refund my money back and return rs 1198
