I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of the agency Canbuzz. Initially, they were highly responsive, especially when it came to following up on payments from candidates. However, after the payment was made, their behavior changed drastically.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out for updates and support, I have received no proper communication from their side. Whenever they do respond — which is rare — it is limited to vague messages like “please wait, ” without any concrete information or timelines.
Furthermore, the contact number I was initially using to communicate with them has now been deactivated. There has been no response to my emails, and there appears to be no reliable point of contact anymore.
It is extremely disappointing and concerning to see such unprofessionalism. It feels as though they are simply collecting money from individuals and then disappearing, offering no real service or support in return. This experience has caused not only financial loss but also emotional distress.
