I have placed an order on Candere online, using prepaid method of credit card. It was cancelled automatically by them because of delay in the delivery after 20 days. They started refund after 20 days, and my credit card statement was received with the bill. I've asked credit card people to wait for refund issue, but the candere people are delaying the refund for more than a month. By the time, I'm writing this, i still haven't received refund. The customer care of the candere jewellery is very hard to reach, and not responding or telling when they will issue refund. This has made my credit score to fall, and my finances taken a toll, because of late fees. The company must pay me for the repeated amount of calls i made, and the stress i faced during this one month.
