Capgemini Exempted Pf Trust — Pf transfer issue to current employer cognizant

Hi team,

My pf transfer status shows 'your request is in transit between epfo out and in office"from april 2015 (More than a year). My current employer said they can’t do anything about it. I tried reaching the pf grievance team and they have responded saying that"your establishment i. E. Th/tha/exem/43355/37698 is an exempted establishment and pf account is maintained by establishment pf trust.

I tried reaching capgemini pf team to check why they are holding on the pf. I sent multiple emails but they are not responding at all.

I see many are facing this pf transfer issues, kindly look into it and process the pf transfer to my current pf account.
