Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Manjunath Mathad. I am an ex-employee of Capgemini. Please find my employee details below: Employee ID is 70825 UAN:[protected] PF account: PU/PUN/31643/EXM/179403 Work location: Bangalore Date of joining: 18/12/2014 Last working date:05/06/2017 I am requesting you to support me to get my PF withdraw or surrender to EPFO. Currently the [protected]@neocasemail.com team is handling it. For the past month I have been sending every week followup mails. No response from them. For 5 years I have been trying for the same. But every time with some reason a 3rd party PF partner is changing and my PF I am requesting again and again. Please help to withdraw my PF or surrender the same to EPFO. I have all details including accumulation amount details. But last mail disappointed me, as they shared to correct my address/name by linking some wrong UAN no. After that I resent many mails with all necessary details like correct UAN number, DOJ, PF no. but existing PF support team [protected]@neocasemail.com not responding to my mails. Please help.
