Capgemini Technology Services India Limited — mental harassment in daily basis in work place by higher management

I am working this company from 11 november 20011, present.

Last 6 months, getting mental harassment, and threat daily basis for unemployment,

Knock all the door within company, demand and neutral investigation.

They use 2 term, behavioral issue, unproductive.

Don't know how i continued 8 years in one organization with those 2 quality.

My demand was neutral investigation, its not related salary, promotion, i need just my previous work culture, not this kind of slave culture.
