My last day with capita was 2nd october'18, its 11th march'19 and i still haven't received my documents (Relieving/experience letter) nor fnf amount.
I have to submit my documents to my new employer, which i am unable to and i'm on the verge of losing my job due to this. Every mail i write to them, i get the same response that it will be taken care of. But it never is!
More importantly, it's their ignorance. For an mnc like capita, it is expected that they have strong processes and rule/regulations in place, but it's just the opposite. The managers are arrogant and inconsiderate. Was this information helpful? |
