As per my offer letter from capita either party can not terminate his employment without giving one month notice period.
I have dropped my resignation mail on 28th of nov and with in 2 days company asked me to leave which is against my offer letter.
So company should pay me for complete one month as company asked me to leave with in 2 days and did not follow the statement mention in my offer letter i. E. Company can not terminate me without giving one month notice period. Was this information helpful? |
