Sir, I am Mary Wilson writing on behalf of Kunjamma Thomas, 87 years old, residing at Shantiniketan, PRAF7 Gandhipuram Road, Oppo: Drisya AD Media, Kariyavattom PO, Trivandrum 695581 with my 67 year old daughter (that is myself) and 69 year old husband (who is now immobile as he broke his leg). Flarewings agency had been supplying me with domestic gas cylinders for several years. When called the booking number [protected], I was given to understand that the supply agency is Capital gas who called and told me that the address they got is complete. I told the person that our address has not been changed for decades .I also provided him with the address which he refuse to take and asked the person, that is my mother Kunjamma Thomas to come and provide details with ID proof despite making him aware that none o[censored]s is mobile and are incapable of travelling.
I request you to kindly make sure that we get our gas cylinder immediately.

Please see my complaint posted on 18 Feb 2022. Kindly make sure that we get the gas at the earliest. We are three senior citizens aged, 67, 69 and 87 and none o[censored]s are able to go outside the house. Let me give you my previous submission for which I am yet to get a reply.
