CapitalVia is a fraud company, the same kind of story happened with me too. I took a premium service for F&O, paying them 1, 20, 000/- the service continued for 1 month where they provided calls without any SL and finally made a loss of 1, 30, 000/- So I decided to put the service on hold and asked them to refund my balance of subscription money, I didn't ask them to refund the loss incurred. They refused and when I asked them to start the service again, this also they refused mentioning that the service was kept on hold for long time (3months) so they closed the service. My discussion happened with Ankit, Arunima (analyst), Jaipal, Puja (manager), Arpan and Anurag. I have voice record and e-mail communications. Please take action to close this company for ever. Request people not to subscribe to this company for any services. Regards -Paresh
