Captcha — did fraud by mentioning previous date where I still join to the company at that date

I archana. The captcha companies advocate called me when I was in home and asked to join their company without giving any full information about the company and type of work and about its terms and conditions where they asked me to provide my adhar card and I provided and as I felt as insecure with the company and asked to quit with the company where I joined on the date 24/7/2019 and in the bond they mentioned that the work should be submitted on date of month of may 2019 where I still didn't joined at that date and now the company help line asking for paying of penalty 5000 rupees. Please help me to come out of this fraud company
